We want to get your Sweetheart® supplement to you quickly and safely — so you can start supporting your heart health naturally.

How do we ship?

All orders are shipped via trusted New Zealand couriers. We aim to dispatch every order within 24 hours of confirmation (Monday–Friday).

Delivery Timeframes

New Zealand-wide delivery: 3–5 business days

Please note: We can’t deliver to PO BoxesIf your order hasn’t arrived within 5 business days, please contact us at info@sweetheartsupplements.com and we’ll follow up with the courier provider directly.

Shipping Costs

Flat-rate shipping across NZ: $10.00 per order

From time to time, we offer Free Shipping promotions or free shipping thresholds — keep an eye on our homepage or sign up to our newsletter for updates.

 International Shipping

We currently ship within New Zealand only, but we’re working on expanding our reach. If you’re overseas and interested in Sweetheart®, let us know — we’d love to hear from you!
